Happy Birthday: Jay Jay French

When he was born 64 years today, he was known as John French Segall, but if that name doesn’t ring a bell, then perhaps Jay Jay French will strike you as more familiar: he’s the guitarist and one of the founding members of heavy metal legends Twisted Sister. Just in case you were wondering, yes, he does still wanna rock – or at least he did the last time we checked, anyway – and even if he didn’t, we’d still want to celebrate his birthday, which we’re doing by offering up a six-pack of classic Twisted Sister videos, along with an opportunity to stream the band’s best-of collection, BIG HITS AND NASTY CUTS.
